Do Boulderites Play Foosball?

Print
We don't just publish things about Ann Arbor, Michigan here. That wouldn't be any fun. Erica Leigh Kasemodel, a senior editor with MiFoos and Founder of RunDominican, recently departed to Boulder for the express purpose of seeking out quality foosball in the 11th largest city in Colorado, located about 25 miles from Denver. According to another well-ranked foosball directory listing site, there are at least four places to play in Boulder. Erica has taken on the grueling assignment of visiting these and reporting back with visual evidence that in fact, these places have at least one well maintained quality foosball table.

  • The Attic * 949 Walnut St * Boulder CO 80302 * 720-841-7381
  • Outback Saloon * 3141 28th St. * Boulder CO 80301
  • Harpo's * 2860 Arapahoe Ave. * Boulder CO 80303
Godspeed Erica. We know it's a tough job and appreciate you stepping up to the plate on this one.

Erica I think some of the information on the bars was very out of date. The Oasis and The Barrel House have been closed down for nearly a decade. And yes there are stuck up, self entitled, dope smoking hippie wannabes here. But they are usually Californiains who are here for school at the University of Colorado. We are usually not like those people.

Anyway, the next time you come to visit Colorado I would love to show you our foosball scene in Boulder. Cause I feel we got a bad rap in this article. I run the tourneys in Boulder. You can find my number on www.cofoosball.com under tournaments at the Attic. I will also be at the Hall of Fame Classic in Las Vegas next March. I go by Takahiro Yoshida on tour. Look forward to meeting you!

Hey Ur: Maybe you didn't see this one...

But it is true, we know little about CO foosball as we pulled those 4 bars from a foosball directory. Thanks for the input.

There's some idiom about finding what you seek. That you've picked 4 awful bars for foosball in Boulder is testament to your searching prowess. But I'm just an over-educated, pretentious snob. What do I know? I've played against 8 World Champions in Boulder. Next time, do your homework first.

Right on Lucy! I was in Colorado once and found the place overrun with hippies that had no clue about foosball AND their dope was pure CRAP. Ann Arbor is so much cooler and while we may have a few more fat chicks, at least we don't have to look for a mountain to know what direction we're going.

Good fucking luck finding any real foosballers out there in the land of stuck-up, over-educated, self-entitled dope smoking hippies. Everyone knows that Ann Arbor has none of these characteristics and is well the widely accepted foosball epi-center of North America.

FYI

We would be glad to promote you here. Promotion is what we do. Without that, foosball will fizzle.

miFOOS.com has been online for only ten months and traffic had been twice what was planned. We have a reach into the US market but 15% of our visitors are from the European side.

If you have any foos related business opportunities we would enjoy hearing from you.
