If you ignore the bowling aspect of it, the place is pretty ideal. Only a few mins from a freeway exit and it's in a room that's far enough from the bowling music/noise to make it good for foosin. There are two Tornados now but we're working on a plan to double that.

We will be heading over to the
Wurst Bar today to put the Tornado online. The minute the table is level, we'll start making plans to hold a kickoff event there. Foos this week will happen as usual this Thursday at Wolverine State. Also, on a Wurst note: We're looking for a 2nd table. They have the room, and with the volume of potential players, a second table would be well utilized -- and if we plan for DYPs, one table isn't going to cut it. On our quest to find a home for our mint condition Tornado at
Original Gravity we decided to stop by at
Dan's Tavern in Saline. We heard they had a table there and as it was on our way, we figured it would be inefficient to not stop by.
We never made it to OG and we were ok with that...
We heard last night that some quality foosball exists at
Screwie Louies. Their MySpace page doesn't mention anything about a table, therefore a road trip is necessary to fully investigate.

United States resident Louis P. Thornton, who lived in Portland, Oregon, visited Harold and took the inspiration back to the States where it was patented in 1927. The patent expired so if you want to build your own table, go for it.
